The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Department of Public Works is soliciting responses from qualified licensed engineering consultants to provide professional services for the FY22 Mill Pond Fish Ladder Rehabilitation Phase I: Evaluation and Conceptual Design project. The contract and its award process are not subject to the Uniform Procurement Act pursuant to the M.G.L. c. 30B or the Designer Selection Law, Chapter 7. Issuance of this Request for Proposal does not signify the Town's submission of this service to the provisions of the Act, and the contract and award will be made at the Town's discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request. Award of a contract resulting from this Request for Proposal shall be in strict accordance with the requirements of this document. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined
