The Work involves performing all work and furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, as provided by the Contract Documents, for a completed work of improvement as follows: The scope of work includes the removal and replacement/upsizing of Pump #4, modifications to the existing pump station building including the addition of a new electrical room and roof replacement, the relocation and replacement of electrical equipment, the installation of a 350 kW natural gas generator and associated piping, the installation of a new magnetic flow meter and chlorine analyzer, HVAC improvements, and miscellaneous site improvements including a new wrought-iron perimeter fence, asphalt site paving and regrading, and CMU retaining wall.
