This project involves resurfacing of approximately 4.05 miles of minor local road sections in the Cedar Hills Subdivision. Resurfacing work is to include pavement preparation, crack sealing, leveling, shoulder removal, minor clearing and grubbing, temporary striping, permanent thermoplastic striping, and stabilizing all areas disturbed during construction. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Marion County believes that hiring done through this contract should, to the maximum extent, be offered to citizens within its boundaries that are unemployed or seeking work for the first time.
