The construction project includes: The project consists of improvements at the Willock Hill Lift Station, including submersible pump replacement, valve vault installation, electrical system upgrades, approximately 725 SY of reinforced concrete pavement, concrete water crossing structure, concrete slab, masonry screening wall, piping and valve installation, and associated appurtenances. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $413,000. The Project has an expected duration of 210 calendar days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid.
