Rapides Parish School System is seeking proposals for a telephone and intercom system to include all material, warranties, service, labor, and install at L.S. Rugg Elementary located at 1319 Bush Avenue, Alexandria, LA 71301. Proposal should include uninstall of old equipment. Current wiring and speakers may be re-used if deemed in working order. Substantial completion shall be 30 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed and/or Purchase Order. Before submitting a proposal, vendor shall examine the specifications that follow in order to familiarize him/herself with all conditions
