Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Osoyoos invites Proposals from organizations experienced in municipal water and wastewater SCADA instrumentation and controls. The purpose of the RFP is to select one preferred service provider that will perform most of the Town's required electrical support services for water / wastewater system instrumentation and controls on an 'if, as and when required' basis, over the next 3 years. The Instrumentation and control / electrical support services required may include; in-field support, plus supply and installation of new instrumentation and control systems. There will be no minimum or guaranteed quantity of services. It is estimated that the value of individual projects, or the total value of services required under the contract each year will not exceed $100,000 (excluding GST). The Town may issue separate public competitions for similar individual projects, including where the value of those individual projects exceed $75,000 (excluding GST). Further details on the requirements are provided in Part A of this RFP.
