Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Osoyoos invites those organizations that are experienced in the long-term planning of municipal parks and recreation spaces, to submit a proposal to deliver a Parks Master Plan for the Town of Osoyoos, that will guide planning and development of the Town's park and recreation spaces over the next 10 years. The services of the consultant selected from this RFP will be split into 2 phases as follows: Phase 1: a scoping workshop held in-person at the Town, with key staff and stakeholders, in order to define the key objectives and scope of the Parks Master Plan. Phase 2: the Parks Master Plan, where the Consultant will develop the master plan further to the output from Phase 1. Phase 1 is to be completed by late-January 2024. A final draft of the Parks Master Plan from Phase 2 is to be presented to Town council during Fall 2024. Estimated Contract Duration (in months): 10 Question Deadline 12/08/2023 at 11:45 PM PT
