A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities): 240m of 200mmO DR18 C900 watermain. 90m of 200mmO DR35 PVC sanitary sewer gravity main. 62m of 150mmO DR35 PVC sanitary sewer gravity main (service connections). 12m of 200mmO DR35 PVC storm sewer main. 2,350m2 of 50mm hot mix asphalt. 440m of 75mmO conduit c/w service boxes, junction boxes and transformer pads (FortisBC infrastructure). 440m of 2-100mmO conduit c/w service boxes, junction boxes, and service connections (Eastlinkinfrastructure). 440m of 2-100mmO conduit c/w service boxes, junction boxes and service connections (Communications) 440m of 50mmO DBII conduit (streetlighting). 6 streetlights c/w base, pole, and luminaire.
