The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice announcement to seek potential Indian Small Business Enterprise (ISBEE) sources who would be interested in Asphalt Removal, Prep & New Asphalt paving the north parking area at the Bureau of Indian Education BIE Turtle Mountain Middle School in Belcourt, North Dakota. This notice is to identify businesses that fall into the following available set aside categories, ISBEE businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 237310 and the small business size standard $39.50. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Pre-solicitation announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. The contract scope of work consists of the following discipline of the contractor shall furnish material, supplies, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to apply Asphalt on the north side of the Turtle Mountain Middle School Parking Lot. Contractor to remove old Asphalt, prepare and to apply asphalt hot mix to the parking lot. Contractor shall also remove old concrete curbing. A more detailed statement of work will be provided with solicitation package to all eligible vendors.
