**As of March 1, 2022 this project has been awarded to Stell Enterprises, Inc. with award amount of 212,691.41** The Work related to the Road Reconstruction and Stormwater Improvements Project comprises regrading, grass and rock lined swales, piping, inlets and full depth reconstruction of Deerpath Drive between Valley View Drive and Park Lane North; milling and overlay of Deerpath Drive between Park Lane North and Park Lane East; the placement of stormwater piping underneath driveways, rock lined swales, milling and overlay of Park Lane North and overlay, sawcutting and milling of existing driveways to blend into new pave on South Hill Court, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job and in accordance with the portal Pub 408 and RC Standards recommendations and these Contract Documents. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid price, payable to Fairview Township as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly obtain the required Bonds and Insurance, prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Agreement. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit, Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause and the Worker's Compensation Certificate with the bid. All Bids shall remain irrevocable for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening, or as allowed by law. Bids shall be submitted upon forms furnished by the Engineer, Peters Consultants, Inc. There will be no pre-bid walk through of the Project Site. Fairview Township reserves the right to award to the most responsible Bidder on Bid Schedule and reject any part of and/or all Bids as it may best serve the interest of Fairview Township. Fairview Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities, and to negotiate contract amounts.
