Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Laredo, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of work is to provide licensed architecture, M.E.P, civil, surveying, CCTV surveillance, fire protection and structural services for Preliminary Design, preparation of Design Plans and Specifications, Bidding Phase and Construction Management for the New Materials Storage Canopy Project.
