The Municipal District of Greenview No. 16 Development Guidelines & Municipal Servicing Standards, and the referenced Alberta Transportation - Standard Specifications for Highway Construction Edition 16 may be obtained from their respective websites. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque, Bid Bond, or irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price payable to Municipal District of Greenview No. 16. Also, to ensure consideration of the tender, each tender must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety as required by the Contract Documents. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
