The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora (AHA) is distributing this request for proposals (RFP) for the solicitation of proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and general contracting (CM/GC) services for a 72-unit income restricted rental project located at 3002 Peoria Street Aurora, CO 80010. The building is intended to provide affordable housing in the Morris Heights neighborhood in Aurora.
