Bids will not be read aloud. Electronic bids may be submitted via e-mail with the subject line "Bid for Southshore Underdrain Maintenance Phase 1" and should state the name and address of the bidder. Hard copy bids may be submitted in a sealed package marked "Bid for Southshore Underdrain Maintenance Improvements Phase 1" and should state the name and address of the bidder in the upper left corner of the package. Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Sewer and Water Construction, Storm Drain and Paving, Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Drainage, Dredging, Ditches and Canals. This project consists of underdrain cleanout installation and follow-on video and cleaning of an existing underdrain system in Filing 2 of the Southshore Subdivision. The project is generally located in Aurora, CO along E. 108th Ave., Fairway Dr., Nucla Ct., Nucla St. and Parkside Drive South. This project consists of two parts and includes two separate bid schedules. Contractors may bid on either one or both bid schedules. The scope of work for Bid Schedule A consists of the installation of underdrain cleanout accesses and one manhole per the attached details. This includes but may not be limited to existing utility locates, full-depth asphalt removal, excavation, existing tie-in, underground structure installation, backfill w/ compaction, and asphalt patching. The scope of work for Bid Schedule B includes CCTV video of existing mainline and cleaning the lines by flushing, jetting, vacuuming, or other means necessary. The video results will in-turn be reviewed by a District representative to ensure the system is in proper working order and free of debris. Both bid schedules include traffic control and permitting associated with the work.
