Demolition, site work and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Vero Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a 550-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

Approximately a 550 sqft addition to the existing gymnastic center 1. Remove all the existing concrete pad in area of construction and adjacent area. 2. Provide construction fence around project, include staging area, coordinate with owner. 3. Owner to flag existing sprinkler heads, sprinklers to be repaired/modified as needed due to new construction. 4. Remove existing outlets along north wall in area of construction. 5. Relocate 3 phase plug to just west of outside of existing concession trailer. 6. Relocate/reroute existing interior 1 1 /2" dia. electrical conduit along north wall to west of the addition along north wall. 7. Remove/relocate existing hose bibb along north wall to outside of building addition. 8. Reissue/reload sheet LS-1 Life Safety plan to Demand Star for distribution, to be included in construction documents. 9. The site plan notes call for repair/replacement of any damaged sidewalks or sprinkler heads as well as sod replacement in all disturbed areas due to construction. 10. Provide safety barriers to keep the facility in operation during construction. 11. Building must be weather proofed in area of construction to avoid water infiltration. The contractor will be responsible for any repairs/replacement from water damage due to leaks, etc. caused during construction. 12. Match existing epoxy flooring/stain used in existing building for the new addition slab. 13. Attached is the drawing for the Life Safety Plan
