SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Mount Vernon Police Court Campus Electrical Schematic 2. Emergency Generator: 230KW with a 944-gallon 48 hour @ 100% load fuel tank, sound attenuated to 75 dBA, and all necessary options to meet NFPA110 standards. 3. Automatic Transfer Switch (compatible with emergency generator and internal CB panel): 800 amp a. Generator Breaker 1000 Amp 80% rated electronic with an LSI electronic trip set to 600 Amp Note: City is planning electrical upgrade for the entire system to 800 amps in the future b. Provide one bid for internal conduit construction c. Provide one bid for external conduit construction 4. Internal Circuit Breaker panel a. Copper conductors shall be utilized vice aluminum or other composite source b. Cabling shall be rated 800 Amps from Generator to new ATS 5. Location: a. South side of building b. Concrete pad shall meet the recommended generator manufacturer pad requirement as required by their Seismic Certifications i. Estimated pad size 1. ~ 240 inches in width and 80 inches long 2. ~ 14 inches think Utilizing 4000 psi concrete 3. Provide stub up for conduit and conductors 6. Facility Interior/Exterior a. After removal of current Emergency Generator and ATS, must complete removal of all louvers and associated exhaust system b. Complete exterior and interior work to weatherize the current generator room
