The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools and, equipment for the complete service of Life Safety systems in accordance with local, provincial and Federal requirements. The Standing Offer is for a 1-year fixed term from date of award with two option years. The Standing Offer value is estimated to be $750,000.00 (GST included). Only one (1) Standing Offer will be authorized. THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT: The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of Protected B, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED/PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, or RELIABILITY STATUS, as required, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC. Delivery Date: It is PWGSC's intention to authorize one (1) standing offer for a period of 1 year with 2 - 1 year option periods.
