Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bountiful, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Removing the existing pavement section, excavation, grading, placement of asphalt paving, removal and replacement of existing curb, gutter, sidewalk, drive approaches, storm drain facilities, and landscaping Each bid must be submitted on the form provided as a part of the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond from a surety company, acceptable to Bountiful City Council, all made payable to City of Bountiful in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the bid. Said check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract in conformity with the form of contract included in the Contract Documents, and furnish a performance bond within fifteen (15) days after notification of the award of the contract to the successful bidder. Bountiful reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid or to waive any informality in any bid as its best interests may appear.
