The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the project. The District anticipates finalizing an agreement for the work not later than March 28th, 2023, and the work shall commence not later than April 3rd, 2023, and will be substantially complete by August 7th, 2023. By submitting a bid, the Contractor acknowledges and acceptsthe schedule as specified herein.
