Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bountiful, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
B. This contract consists of construction of installing street and storm drain related improvements. A description of the work anticipated is included in Section 01 11 00, Summary of Work. C. The work to be performed generally consists of removal of existing damaged improvements and construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk drive approaches, ADA ramps within the Public Right-of-Way. Construction of new or replacement inlet boxes, manholes, waterways or other storm drain related facilities is also included in the Contract. D. The estimated cost of the work is: $813,991.50 E. For information about the award of this Construction Contract, contact: Bangerter or Lloyd Cheney at the Bountiful City Engineering Department, (801) 298-6125 On the outside of the envelope, the bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of Bid opening and the Bidder's return mailing address. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
