**As of February 23, 2022, project was awarded to Mechanical Construction: Louis N. Picciano & Son, Inc. - $2,020,600 and Electrical Construction: Matco Electric Corporation - $82,000 INVITATION TO BID A. PROJECT 1. The Chenango Valley Central School District invites sealed bids to be received for the 2021 HVAC Project. Prospective bidders are invited to submit their stipulated sum bids, including applicable Alternates and unit prices, for work described in general as follows: A. CONTRACT NO. 1 MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION B. CONTRACT NO. 2 ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION 2. The project shall be substantially complete in accordance with Document 00 21 13 and Section 01 10 00 for all work as indicated on the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid forms or during bidding procedures, and the right to reject any or all bids. On site construction to begin June 27, 2022.
