EPV: $375,000 - $475,000 The project includes Phase 2 building renovations converting an existing structure into a public shelter facility. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, restroom/plumbing modifications, kitchen modifications, electrical, finish carpentry, doors and millwork, flooring, drywall and painting, furnish and install new patio cover and emergency generator. Technical Specifications and the replacement of exterior ADA access ramps will be added via addendum. The City shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined from the total bid amount. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the bid submission deadline.
