The RM of Antler No. 61 is requesting tenders for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 16,000 cubic yards of road gravel from the municipality's various gravel stock pile locations. The tender must include the following: 1) Tender Bid Form (attached), breakdown of price per yard, 2) Copy of a letter of good standing with Saskatchewan Worker's Compensation Board, 3) List of equipment/machinery that will be used, 4) copy of insurance coverage for equipment and operators, 5) truck safety certifications. Please provide an estimate on when you are available to start work. All tenders will be opened and reviewed at the next Council Meeting after the deaadline to tender has expired. Lowest or any bids no necessarily accepted. The RM of Antler No. 61 reerves the right to refuse or reject any bids and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any provider in preparing a bid. The awarded tender will not be announced until a decision of council is made. The awarded contractor will be contacted via phone and will receive a Tender Acceptance Letter at the Administrator's earliest convenience.
