Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Castle Rock, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a new park feature is located at 1375 Plum Creek Pkwy. The Property is owned by the Town of Castle Rock. The new park feature includes: site grading, concrete flatwork curb & gutter curb ramp slope pavement and playground equipment installation as shown on plans and details. The construction services for this work shall include but not be limited to: Manage all construction activities while constructing the designed improvements. Coordinate all deliveries to minimize disturbance to surrounding residents. Create a safe and secure work environment. Attend weekly Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings. Coordinate all work as to create a flow and most efficient way for productivity. Work closely with Town departments/utility companies and agencies. Maintaining and/or repairing existing erosion control measures.
