The City of Brookhaven Public Works Department is requesting proposals to provide On-Call Professional Engineering Services related to infrastructure improvements within the City including but not limited to Stormwater Infrastructure, Sidewalk Improvement Projects, and Minor Intersection Improvement Projects. All questions or requests for clarification are due no later than Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. EST The services to be performed under this Contract shall commence on the date hereof. The initial terms of this Contract shall be through December 31, 2022. Agreement will be for a three (3) year period with up to two (2) oneyear extensions. Selection of a firm for on-call services is not a guarantee of project award. The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Brookhaven. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
