The project is generally described as HVAC improvements within three separate buildings on the VWCC Campus (Fralin Center, Webber Hall, and the Humanities Building). Due to COVID-19 and Governor's Executive Order Numbers: In person hand delivery is being supported on bid day from 9:00 A.M until time of bid receipt (2:00 P.M. unless otherwise stated in the IFB) at the stated location.
