Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), 420 N James Rd, Columbus, OH 43219. This project will construct a chiller plant on the grounds of the VAACC & complete additional tasks. These additional tasks are detailed in the attached project specifications & drawings attached to this solicitation document & any amendments to it. The NAICS code for this project is: 238220 . The business size standard is $16.5 million This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). See VAAR Clause 852.219-10 for the SDVOSB contractor's performance requirements The project magnitude is between $10,000,000.00 & $20,000,000.00 A site visit will be conducted on 07-21-2022 at 1:00 PM EASTERN TIME (ET).
