Vendors are encouraged to ask questions regarding the specifications of this project at the site visit. Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to opwdd.sm.wny.bo.procurement@opwdd.ny.gov within 2 business of the site visit. Vendors will receive a response within 2 business days after the deadline for submitting questions.
