Demolition and site work for a residential development in Newark Valley, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
All bids shall be made strictly in accordance with the bid documents, file at the Town Clerk's office. The bidder must be capable of obtaining a performance bond in the amount sufficient to cover the cost of the project. Proposals submitted without the required bid guarantee will be deemed non-responsive. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Claimant by his/her signature on the voucher for payment certifies that all employee wages paid for work covered by the voucher are paid in accordance with the NYS Prevailing Wage & Supplement Schedules. Certified payroll is required. Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope, which envelope shall be marked "Sealed Bid for Supplying the Town of Owego with Bid Price for Demolition of 4465 New York State Route 38B". Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Town Clerk in person. In the event the bid is mailed, this envelope should then be placed in another sealed envelope addressed to the Town of Owego Clerk, 2354 State Route 434, Apalachin, NY 13732. It is possible an addendum to the specifications may be added at any time. PLEASE NOTE: Documents are PICK UP ONLY from clerks office.
