Renovation of an educational facility in Medical Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received from qualified Contractors for the below listed project by Medical Lake School District for the following project at the date, time and location listed below: PROJECT: High School Mechanical Upgrades 200 E Barker St Medical Lake, WA 99022 The project involves removal and replacement of existing mechanical units, new units, associated electrical, and controls work Medical Lake School District encourages participation of Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprises in this Invitation to Bid. In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor license at the time of submitting bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total base bid (not including alternates). This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive bidding informalities.
