Renovation of a municipal facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Contract becomes effective upon Vendors receipt ofthe notice to proceed and must be completed within Three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar. MAINTENANCE BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a two (2) year maintenance bond covering the roofing system. The maintenance bond must be issued and delivered to the Purchasing Division prior to Contract award. The West Virginia Purchasing Division for the agency, The West Virginia Educational Broadcasting Authority, is soliciting Expression of Interest (EOI) responses from qualified firms to provide an architectural/engineering service contract to provide a method of correction and professional consulting for a new roofing project for the facilities located at 191 Scott Ave, Morgantown WV 26508 and at the Cooper's Rock transmitter site, per the attached bid requirements, specifications, and terms and conditions. . PROJECT: The mission or purpose ofthe project for which bids are being solicited is to provide architectural/engineering servicesto provide inspections,evaluations and/ortesting, design work, specifications, and construction management for two roofing replacements
