Work consists of mill and overlay of eight (8) roadways, full depth reclamation with cement treatment for two (2) roadways and full depth reconstruction for twelve (12) roadways including ADA ramps, parking lot improvements, sidewalk expansions and pavement repairs throughout various portions of twentya-two (22) streets in the City of Portland, Texas. Part 2 - Overlays and Reconstruction Additive Bid Items 1.1 through 21.1 work consists of concrete driveways, ADA ramps, valley gutter replacements, parking lot repairs, sidewalk expansions, ditch and pipe maintenance, curb, and gutter repairs to eight (8) locations throughout the City of Portland, Texas. All work shall be completed in accordance with the construction plans, specifications, and contract documents. Failure to provide the bid bond will constitute a non-responsive proposal which will not be considered. Failure to provide required performance and payment bonds for contracts over $25,000.00 will result in forfeiture of the 5% bid bond to the City as liquidated damages.
