This is an invitation to quote on the supply of Caliper Tree and Potted Trees (see Schedule A) as and when requested by the District of Saanich Parks and Recreation Department. Bidder to provide a complete list (catalogue) of available material including complete description (species), caliper, quantity, unit price for the initial term and availability. Annual Estimates: Caliper trees: 2022 - 400, 2023 - 450, 2024 - 500. Potted trees: 2022 - 400, 2023 - 450, 2024 - 500 Note: Quantities mentioned above are estimation only, and are no guarantee of future requirements. Actual order may vary according to the current demand. The intent is for the District to set up blanket orders with one or more contractors, and order large quantities approximately twice a year. The District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use alternate contractors or request additional tree species if supply is not available. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to make sure they have addenda(s) before submitting their Proposal Response.
