Evaluation of offers will be based on the best combination of price, quality and delivery schedule so as to provide the best value to the City and not necessarily the lowest price. The City appreciates all responses; however, only the successful offeror(s) will be contacted. Status of award may be viewed. All materials delivered and services provided must be in accordance with all laws, regulations and requirements of WorksafeBC and Occupational Health and Safety Legislation. As available is a prime concern and may be a critical factor in evaluating responses, vendors are to indicate the earliest date to supply the above. Your price should not include taxes and should be F.O.B. Public Works, 417 Garbally Road, freight prepaid (Applicable taxes may be listed separately).
