Site work for a civil project in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Contract No. 2021-W-01 consists of the installation of approximately 120 CY of Rip Rap Armoring Installation (R-6 choked with R-4 stone), 3 CY of concrete toe wall attached to spillway, spillway walls repair, restoration, appurtenances, and all related work. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Portage Township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. The project is being financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority and local funds. The obligations imposed on the Owner by the funding agency shall apply to and be acceptable to the successful bidder(s). Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within 90 consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
