Award: Guyer Brothers Inc for $6,172,025.20 The project consists of the installation of approximately 23,200 L.F. of 12, 8 and 6 Water Main, service lines (including lead service lines), hydrants and all necessary appurtenances. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Owner or negotiable U.S. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price and Highway Restoration Bond on the forms provided, with a surety company listed on the Treasury Departments most current list (Circular 570 as amended). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The estimated budget is as follows: Waterline Replacement - No LSL -Work - $6,670,000 Waterline Replacement - LSL Work - $575,000
