Questions Due Date: Mar 3rd 2022, 2:00 PM CST The Lubbock County Director of Purchasing will accept sealed bids on the following: ITB 220202 Slaton City Park - Phase III Irrigation Lubbock County will receive bids for Phase III Irrigation for the Slaton City Park located at 750 W. Garza, Slaton, TX 79364. Director of Purchasing may be contacted via phone at 806-775-1015. Bids shall be made on a stipulated sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. Selection will be based on best value for the Owner. Bid security in the sum of 5% of the Total bid amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond, shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all bids. In accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, all bidders must comply with State Labor Laws concerning wage rates. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
