Site work and new construction of a power facility in Lenexa, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
Project description & objectives, timeline, performance requirements, specifications, methods, etc. The base services of design includes: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, control and security design services and any other supplemental design services which are normally and customarily furnished by Consulting and Engineering professionals as reasonably necessary for Project planning, design, documentation, bidding, construction administration and warranty phases. It is assumed the coordination and inclusion of any third-party information is also included under the base services of design. The Respondent shall be responsible for the coordination of all drawings and design documents used on the Project, regardless of whether such drawings and documents are prepared or performed by the Respondent or by its consultants.
