Demolition, site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Lenexa, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 4,941-square-foot, four-story above grade swimming pool; for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Ad Astra Pool Reconstruction - Lenexa, KS The Project consists of the construction of a new outdoor aquatics center and associated support buildings, as well as improvements to the adjacent city park. Major aquatics program includes zero depth entry, lap lanes, current channel, and dive well. Aquatics support buildings for guard area, changing rooms, and pool mechanical are also provided. Site improvements include new restroom building, shelter structure, drive, parking lot, and trail connections. Time of Completion: Time is of the essence for this Project and construction start date will be approximately June 1, 2025 and a Substantial Completion must be achieved by May 8, 2026 unless otherwise specified in the agreement between the Owner and Contractor.
