Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located at the Town of Quispamsis and generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to cleaning, blasting/removing rust and foreign matter on the inside and outside of the steel reservoir and recoating metal surfaces with a multi coating system of epoxy paint. Disinfection and "Return to Service" is also included in the work. Any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or uncertainties in the Contract Documents which may become apparent to Tenderers when tendering shall be advised IN WRITING to the Consultant at CBCL Limited, PO Box 20040, Saint John, NB, E2L 5B2, Attention: David Morgan, P.Eng., at davidmo@cbcl.ca, not less than three (3) working days before Tender closing. Tenderers will be advised simultaneously of any decisions on such matters as necessary by means of addenda (which will be serially numbered) and all addenda issued shall be incorporated into the Contract Documents. In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the opening of proposals will not be held publicly.
