Renovation of a municipal facility in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All existing roofing to be removed and disposed of at an approved location. Repair any rot in the base layer of the roof. Installation of new metal roofing and all accessories as required per the manufacturers recommendation with maximum screws being added, new drip edge installed at all edges of the roof. Roof is to be strapped and new roofing membrane/ice and water shield should be applied where required. - Strip existing roofing - Repair any rot below current shingles - Strap roofs to receive Steel roofing - New Roof underlayment as per manufacturer specs - New commercial 26 gauge steel roofing, to match other building (Vic-West C435 profile color - Metro Brown QC56154) - Trim accessories to match colour - Color Matched ice guards to be installed full length of front and right side. (Sides that have doors) - Supply and install seamless rain gutters and down spouts. Colour should match the other existing brick building on site and be confirmed by the Utility Superintendent prior to ordering. Please include specifications of gutters you are quoting. The Contractor is required to provide all material required for the work prior to commencing the project.
