Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a new 62nd Ave. S superstructure (bridge no. 157408) and subsequent demolition and removal of the existing superstructure as well as the rehabilitation of the substructure and bulkhead caps. The bridge will be constructed in two major phases allowing for a single lane of traffic to be maintained throughout construction. The new superstructure will accommodate two lanes of traffic and a raised sidewalk. Maximum Contract Completion Time Contract Completion Time: Contractor shall commence the Work within ten (10) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed. After issuance of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall: o Reach substantial completion of all work within two hundred eighty (280) calendar days, and Reach final completion within thirty (30) calendar days after the City's delivery of the punch list. All questions must be submitted via City's online sourcing system's Question & Answer feature no later than 12:00 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025. Questions will be answered via City's online sourcing system no later than 12:00 pm on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid is attached to your submittal The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of the solicitation response, waive informalities, and request resolicitations on the services or products outlined in the scope
