Construction of a new 62nd Ave. S superstructure (bridge no. 157408) and subsequent demolition and removal of the existing superstructure as well as the rehabilitation of the substructure and bulkhead caps. The bridge will be constructed in two major phases allowing for a single lane of traffic to be maintained throughout construction. The new superstructure will accommodate two lanes of traffic and a raised sidewalk. Maximum Contract Completion Time Contract Completion Time: Contractor shall commence the Work within ten (10) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed. After issuance of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall: o Reach substantial completion of all work within two hundred eighty (280) calendar days, and Reach final completion within thirty (30) calendar days after the City's delivery of the punch list.
