Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The CITY of Williamsport and Williamsport Redevelopment Authority ("RDA"), together further referred to as "CITY", are seeking developers and/or development teams ("DEVELOPER") for property along Scott Street in the City of Williamsport. Site development proposals are for multiple owner- occupied structure(s). The proposal that is submitted must be for the purchase of a portion of the current parcel as identified within the Tax Map # 70-007-103. Interested DEVELOPERs should note that there is no CITY commitment to provide funding for renovation, construction, or site work for the project. For fairness, it is strongly suggested to ask all questions within regarding this rfp, so all interested parties can view the Q&A. The clarification deadline for Q&A will be 3-4-2022 3pm EST The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
