The Village of Lakewood, McHenry County, Illinois, is requesting sealed bids for the following project: Well 6 Rehab; Replacement of the Motor and Pump Assembly 2022-02 It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet all requirements of the bid documents. The Village of Lakewood reserves the right to modify or waive any or all formalities and technicalities in the specifications, or to reject any or all bids and/or parts thereof, and to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the Village of Lakewood. Well # 6 was drilled in 2005 to a total depth of 120-feet; 16-inch casing was installed from the surface to 95 feet. With 25 feet Stainless Steel Well Screen # 60 slotted. The static water level was 22 feet from the ground surface, and the well developed 500-gallons per minute from a pumping level of 29-feet. The well is located at 10,000 Appleton Lane. Lakewood, IL. The well pump set is original equipment, records indicate a The well pump is a Goulds, Model # 9RCHC, Selflubricating 2 stage, the pump set to 84-feet on 6" steel column pipe.. The pump is driven by a Hitachi 20 HP 1720 RPM 3ph 460 Volt
