The new layout will have to be designed in a complementary way and for several clienteles: skateboards, scooters, inline skates, BMX, etc. The new facilities planned must be of interest for beginner to expert level practice. The Municipality therefore wishes to receive tenders to obtain the services necessary for the design and construction of a pumptrack with a maximum value of $125,000 plus applicable taxes, on a turnkey basis, for the site referred to in Appendix 1. and 2 corresponding to part of lot 3 591 879. The land is approximately 1000 square meters and is relatively flat and grassy. The project must include the development drawing, the planning of the work procedure, the layout of the track on the ground, the supervision of the construction site, the machinery, the shaping equipment, the surfacing equipment, the earthwork and travel and accommodation costs (if applicable).
