Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fountain Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project is located at Building B at Plant No. 1 at 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The Work consists of the following: 1. Infill of an area of the building floor. The area is approximately 2,200 square feet, averaging three inches deep, that will require removal of a wood block infill and be infilled with reinforced concrete. 2. Infill four-foot deep with compacted gravel, construct 4'x4'x4' reinforced concrete jib crane footing, and top area with a reinforced concrete slab. 3. Remove existing asphalt pavement and place reinforced concrete in approximately 400 square foot area outside the building. The Engineers Estimate for this Project is $102,000.
