Renovation of a water / sewer project in Loves Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of Exterior Abrasive Blasting and Repainting (Includes Containment), Interior Wet Abrasive Blasting and Repainting, Logo Repainting, Tank Exterior Ladder, Top Platform with Safety Corral & Kickplate, Cathodic Protection System Replacement, Complete, Portable Pressurized Water Tank System, Complete, Tower Leg Ladder Security Device, and Miscellaneous Electrical Upgrades. The Project consists of full blast and recoating of interior and exterior coating systems, removal of existing shell ladder and installation of a steel ladder structure and roof corral-style railing, railings for transfer from upper landing area to roof of tank for access, portable pressurized water tanks, miscellaneous electrical upgrades, ladder protection system, cathodic protection system. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 1, 2022 ; General Conditions on or before October 1, 2022.
