The Scope of Work for this project is listed below: The City of East Point, Georgia is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified Providers for construction of sidewalks on Headland & Delowe Drive. This project consists of constructing the final phase of the Headland Drive and Delowe Drive sidewalks, pavement resurfacing, as well as improvements to the intersection and signal upgrades. The limits of the project are: Headland Drive -approximately from Sta 84+50 to 103+00 Delowe Drive -approximately Sta 24+00 to Sta 64+00 No submitted ebids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time or receipt of ebids for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days All Prospective Providers must submit a Bid Bond from a Surety Agency authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The Bid Bond must be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Prospective Providers total Bid Price. The selected provider will be required to submit a Payment and Performance Bond valid for twenty-four (24) months in the amount of the total contract award. timeframe: 365 calendar days.
