Renovation of a municipal facility in Merrill, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Lincoln County Maintenance Department is seeking to contract with an entity for the work associated with removing and replacing the existing boiler system currently serving the Lincoln County Courthouse. Work to include the removal of existing boilers, pumps and associated piping and exhaust venting and installation of new system including, but not limited to boilers, skid pump, expansion tank, piping and exhaust pipe. Associated work with this project scope includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
